Easy snack with brown rice and dates – what ingredients do you need
The ingredients do not have to be so fixed, you can add or cut off some of them (but not brown rice and dates), depending on what you have in the house at that moment.
1 grated carrot
brown rice with vegetables (the recipe below, and the ingredients needed are: ½ cup of brown rice, ½ yellow bell pepper, ½ squash, olive oil, salt, pepper).
1. As this quick and easy tasty also contains “brown rice with vegetables”, here is the whole recipe. Basically, you just have to wash and cut into cube the vegetables, sauté them a little in a little bit of olive oil and then add ½ cup of brown rice and 3 cups of water. Let them boil until they are all tender.
2. Add on a larger plate: 2-3 tablespoons of rice, 1 grated carrot, 3-4 walnuts/almonds/pistachios, ½ avocado and 6-7 dates.
3. Enjoy this dish tasting each ingredient, so that the ingredients and their flavour to mingle.
