If you want a healthy and delicious snack, this is the recipe for you. Try these tasty and "ready to impress" carrot date rolls.

Ingredients:

dates

gluten free oatmeal

coconut flakes

grated carrot

walnuts or someother type of nuts

vanilla

cinnamon

Directions

Just put all the ingredients into the blender/food processor.

If the blender is not very powerful and you don't have a food processor, you can add a little bit of coconut milk in order for all the ingredients to blend better.

- Choose only gluten free oatmeal and only the nuts you tolerate.

- Use this as a snack, but do not use it to replace meals.
